本文采用熔融共混的方法制备了PET/有机改性粘土纳米复合材料.以PET离聚物作为增容剂,提高了PET与有机改性粘土之间的相互作用.采用多种测试手段研究了增容剂对复合材料形态结构的影响.WAXD结果表明,当体系中未加入PET离聚物时,样品呈现典型的插层结构;含有增容剂的纳米复合材料中有机改性粘土的层间距(d-spacing)增加.SEM和TEM进一步证明,PET离聚物作为增容剂,提高了有机改性粘土与聚合物之间的相容性,进而改善了有机改性粘土在PET基体中的分散,提高了粘土粒子的密度,实现了粘土的部分剥离.
