采用有机硅改性丙烯酸酯聚合物改性环氧树脂,以聚酰胺为固化剂,研究了有机硅改性丙烯酸酯聚合物对环氧树脂黏度、粘接性能、固化行为、耐热性能和微观形貌的影响。黏度、剪切强度、差示扫描量热(DSC)、动态力学性能(DMA)和透射电镜(TEM)测试表明:有机硅改性丙烯酸酯聚合物与环氧树脂形成互穿网络结构,并且存在较多氢键,剪切强度显著提高,黏度也逐渐增加。当有机硅改性丙烯酸酯聚合物为5份时,尽管玻璃化转变温度下降10℃,但粘接强度提高幅度最大,其中对钛合金和铜的粘接强度提高2.5倍以上,对PVC、ABS和SMC的粘接可以达到材料破坏,而黏度只增加了一倍。

This paper researched the properties of organosilicone modifying acrylic polymers modification epoxy adhesive with viscosity,single lap shear strength,differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),dynamic mechanical analysis(DMA) and transmission electron microscope(TEM).Due to organosilicone modifying acrylic polymers with epoxy adhesive can form interpenetrating networks structure and hydrogen bond,the viscosity and single lap shear strength of the modification adhesive increase.When 5 phr organosilicone modifying acrylic polymers are added into the adhesive,although Tg decreases 10 ℃,shear strength of Ti alloy and copper bonding increases 2.5 times respectively,the bonding of PVC,ABS and SMC is broken by the adhesive,the viscosity only increases one time.
