采用浸泡、动电位极化曲线和电化学阻抗谱等方法研究了Fe3+对TC4钛合金在44.6%硫酸溶液中腐蚀行为的影响.结果表明,在44.6%硫酸中,当Fe3+浓度达到0.005 mol/L时,TC4的腐蚀速率由1.0×103μm/a降为1.0 μm/a,腐蚀反应的阴极过程被抑制,腐蚀电位正移,TC4在硫酸环境中的耐蚀性明显增强.
