为改善钛合金和HA涂层的界面相容性,采用电泳法在钛合金表面预先沉积均匀的HA涂层,再于1200℃下进行微波处理.通过对涂层相结构的分析,证明在微波诱导作用下,形成了梯度结构的涂层.梯度过渡层由TiO2和TiO组成的致密氧化层、CaTiO3和微量HA组成,能够缓解HA涂层与钛合金热膨胀系数不匹配的问题,减少涂层开裂,提高涂层与基体的结合强度.
