为了减少油气田在酸化过程中造成的金属腐蚀,合成了3种炔醇类酸化缓蚀剂溴化-N-辛/癸/十二烷基-4-(4-羟基-2-炔)吡啶(P-8,P-10及P-12),通过1H NMR谱,13C NMR谱和GC-MS谱验证其结构,并用失重法、极化曲线法、交流阻抗法评价了该类缓蚀剂在20% HCl中对X70钢的缓蚀性能.结果表明:该类缓蚀剂对X70钢在60℃,20% HCl中具有较强的缓蚀作用,缓蚀率随缓蚀剂烷基链长和浓度的增加而增加,即P-8 <P-10<P-12,当P-12的浓度为9×10-5 mol/L时,缓蚀率达99%;该类缓蚀剂属以抑制阴极为主的混合型缓蚀剂.
