介绍了数字电动缸非正弦振动系统的技术特点,提出了影响铸坯振痕的弯月面形状必须依靠优化非正弦振动来实现的观点.但铸坯与结晶器之间摩擦力的存在,造成了非正弦振动曲线的失真与变形,采用摩擦力补偿模型,可以实现对非正弦振动曲线的修正,达到优化弯月面形状的目的,从而改善铸坯质量.
