以无机镍盐和钛酸四丁酯为起始原料,柠檬酸为络合剂,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了NiTiO3薄膜.采用X射线衍射(XRD)、综合热分析仪(DSC/TG)、场发射扫描电镜(FESEM)对制备的薄膜进行了测试和表征.研究了保温时间,溶胶浓度对钛酸镍薄膜晶相组成、显微结构的影响.结果表明:保温时间为3 h,溶胶浓度为0.5 mol/L是制备NiTiO3薄膜的最佳工艺条件;随着保温时间的延长,薄膜的结晶度和致密度均有所提高;在1~0.5 mol/L的浓度范围内,溶胶浓度的降低有利于薄膜的生长.
