综述了近年来海洋环境中锈层覆盖下碳钢腐蚀行为的进展概况, 重点总结了锈层下金属的腐蚀行为和电化学行为特征, 锈层的物理化学性质以及锈层与腐蚀过程的关系, 分析了影响锈层下金属腐蚀行为的主要因素, 并指出了今后的主要研究方向.
Resaerch activities and progress on corrosion of carbon steel covered with rust layer in recent years were summarized, in particular, on the physicochemical properties of the rust , the electrochemical characteristics of corrosion of steels beneath rust layer and the relations between rust and evolution of corrosion process．Several influencing factors on corrosion behavior of steels were analyzed, and the trends of research in this field were also postulated．
