通过挖掘设备潜力,采用奥氏体再结晶区直接轧制+轧后快速冷却工艺在某宽厚板生产线上成功试制了60~85 mm厚Q345系列CMn低成本厚板,Z向性能稳定达到Z35标准要求。试验结果表明,用该工艺生产低合金厚板可缩短2 min轧制时间,提高了机时产量,促进钢铁工业的可持续发展。
By expressing the equipment potential, with direct rolling at austenite recrystallization zone and fast cooling process, a new lowcost CMn Q345 series heavy plate of 6085 mm in thickness were produced in some 4300 mm wide and heavy plate mill, the Zdirection properties are meet with Z35. The test results show that the new technology can short 2 min rolling time and improve the yield of mill, it’s also promote iron and steel industry’s developing continuously.
