本文应用图像处理技术研究了具有不同灰度值的颜色对饰面砂浆外观的影响,并在此基础上研究饰面砂浆泛碱程度的表征方法。结果表明,泛碱区域颜色对应的灰度值(gi)比基体颜色的灰度值(bi)大15以上时会影响砂浆美观。通过提取砂浆试样图像中不同灰度值(gi)的像素占总像素的百分比(pi),提出以函数:f=Σj=255i=bi+16ri ×pi来评价饰面砂浆的泛碱程度,其中r i 表示不同灰度值的颜色对砂浆泛碱程度的影响系数。结合志愿者对20组砂浆泛碱程度的评价建立矩阵方程P20,70×R70,1=F20,1,解方程得到对应的影响系数ri,然后将ri 和对应的gi 进行线性拟合,得到拟合函数:ri = gi-bi100×(240-bi)×(255-bi),(gi>bi)。经验证,该函数不但能很好的表征砂浆泛碱程度而且计算结果与评价值具有较好的相符性。
In this paper , the effects of colors in different gray scales on mortar appearance were studied by the image processing techniques , and the characterization methods of the efflorescence degree of decorative mortar were studied on this basis .The results show that the gray scales of colors in efflorescence region would affect mortar appearance when they were 15 higher than that of matrix color . The percentage of the pixel in different gray values in the mortar sample image ( pi ) was extracted, and then a formula f =Σj=255i=bi+16 ri ×pi was proposed to evaluate the extent of efflorescence , ri represent influence modulus of colors in different gray values .P20,70 ×R70,1 =F20,1 were set up by combining with numerical evaluations of the mortar efflorescence degree by volunteers , and solution of the matrix equation represents ri,respectively,then ri and gi linear fit and get fit function:ri = gi -bi100 ×(240-bi) ×(255-bi), (gi>bi).Experimental results prove that the calculated value of the formula can not only feature the efflorescence extent well but has a good conformance with the evaluation value .
