采用高温固相法,分别在空气、氧气和碳还原气氛中制备了Bi_2.9Pr_0.9Ti_3O_(12)材料.用X射线衍射仪、拉曼光谱仪分析样品物相结构,扫描电子显微镜表征微观形貌,阻抗分析仪和铁电性能测量仪测试电性能.结果表明:氧气气氛中样品晶粒尺寸相对较大,介电常数和剩余极化值较高;还原气氛中样品晶粒呈柱状,电性能差.氧气氛围可以促进晶粒生长,有助于改善Bi_2.9Pr_0.9Ti_3O_(12)材料的电性能.

Bi_2.9Pr_0.9Ti_3O_(12) were prepared by solid state reaction and crystallized in air, oxygen and carbon environments, respectively. The scanning electron microscope micrographs showed well developed plate-like morphologies with larger grain size of the sample annealed under oxygen condition, which has a large remnant polarization and a high dielectric constant value. While the sample crystallized in carbon environment has cylindrical grain with bad electrical property. And the electrical properties were measured using a TH26005 impedance analyzer and a Radiant RT6000HVS type ferroelectric tester at room temperature. Results indicate that the properties of Bi_2.9Pr_0.9Ti_3O_(12) can be improved by annealed proper oxygen environments.
