要： 建立了拉弯回弹试验的有限元模型，并利用数值模拟软件对拉弯回弹试验中的主要试验参数：压边力、凸模压下量和试样宽度进行了研究。数值模拟结果揭示了这些参数对回弹的影响大小和规律，还对拉弯回弹试验中这些参数的设置提出了建议。
The FEM model of stretch bending test is set up. The main parameters of springback test,such as the binder force, the punch stroke, as well as specimen width,is analyzed using numerical simulation method. The results show that these parameters have different effect on springback in terms of amount and regularity. The setting parameters in stretch bending test for springback are proposed in this paper.
