采用熔盐作为传热蓄热工质,对螺旋槽管和横纹管内传热特性进行实验研究和比较分析.螺旋槽管和横纹管相比光管均可以有效提高管内传热系数,且槽深增加有利于强化传热.高黏度熔盐传热时,螺旋槽管管内Nu数大于横纹管,螺旋槽管与横纹管对熔盐传热强化倍数随着Re数增加呈缓慢下降趋势.低黏度熔盐传热时,螺旋槽管对熔盐传热强化倍数随着Re数增加呈缓慢下降趋势,而横纹管对熔盐传热强化倍数随着Re数增加呈缓慢上升趋势.螺旋槽管和横纹管对低黏度熔盐传热强化效果好于高黏度熔盐,但横纹管更适合于低黏度高Re数熔盐的强化传热.
