钢铁在酸洗过程中易腐蚀,加入缓蚀剂可以提高其耐蚀性,而采用多种表面活性剂复配缓蚀剂用于20碳钢缓蚀的研究报道较少.采用失重法和电化学方法测定了盐酸介质中5种表面活性剂(乳化剂OP,乳化剂OP-10,K_(12),吐温-20,吐温-60)单独及复配使用对20碳钢的缓蚀作用,研究了温度、表面活性剂及盐酸浓度对缓蚀性能的影响.结果表明,盐酸介质中5种表面活性剂对20碳钢均有缓蚀作用,其中,乳化剂OP的缓蚀性能较优,与其他4种表面活性剂复配具有很好的协同作用,复配缓蚀效果优于多种缓蚀剂单独使用的效果.
The inhibiting performance of five kinds of surfactants(emulsifier OP,emulsifier OP-10,K12,Tween-20 and Tween-60)for 20 carbon steel in hydrochloric acidic solution was studied by using weight loss test and electrochemical measurements.The effects of temperature and surfactant concentration on the inhibiting performance were investigated.Results show that all the five kinds of surfactants are able to inhibit the corrosion of 20 carbon steel in hydrochloric acidic solution.And in particular,emulsifier OP had strong synergistic inhibition effect with the other surfactants and showed the best inhibition performance.
