用数值模拟方法研究了有无电磁制动时结晶器内钢液的冶金行为.结果表明:应用电磁制动使结晶器内钢液的速度得到很强的抑制,自由液面最大速度从0.17 m/s减小到0.02 m/s;铸坯内部局部区域钢液温度升高,表面坯壳温度降低;窄面和铸坯角部坯壳有些变厚,宽面坯壳厚度稍稍变薄.
