利用化学浸泡实验法和电化学测试法研究了添加硅钙合金对AM60镁合金耐腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明,硅钙合金加入后细化了AM60合金的显微组织、形成了新的耐腐蚀相—Mg2Si相、使β-Mg17Al12相的含量增多,从而使合金的腐蚀电位正移、腐蚀电流密度和腐蚀速率降低,合金的耐腐蚀性得到有效改善。
Effect of silicocalcium alloy addition on corrosion resistance of AM60 alloy was studied by means of chemical immersion and electrochemical test methods.The results show that the microstructure of AM60 alloy is effectively refined,and Mg2Si phase forms which has good corrosion resistance and the fraction of β-Mg17Al12 phase increases by adding small amount of silicocalcium alloy.The corrosion potential of AM60 alloy is improved,the corrosion current density and the corrosion rate are reduced by the addition of small amount of silicocalcium alloy.
