采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了Al2O3溶胶,通过TG-DTA-DSC、FT-IR、XRD、SEM等测试手段研究了Al2O3涂层相变规律,探讨了涂覆在石英纤维上的Al2O3涂层在不同温度处理下,石英纤维的耐酸性、抗拉伸强度和抗氧化性能及其复合材料性能的影响。结果表明,经过300℃处理后的Al2O3涂层,能均匀地包覆在石英纤维表面,增强石英纤维的耐酸性、抗拉伸力和抗氧化性能,改善石英纤维与酸性磷酸盐基体材料的结合,增强复合材料的力学性能。

In the present work,we prepared Al2O3 sol firstly by sol-gel method.By using TG-DTA-DSC,FT-IR,XRD and SEM,we studied the phase transition of Al2O3 coating,and discussed the changes of the acid resistance,tensile strength as well as oxidation resistance of quartz fiber with Al2O3 coating under various temperature.Finally,the effect of the coated fiber on the composite was investigated.The results show that the quartz fiber can be coated uniformly by Al2O3 after heat treatment of 300℃,and its acid resistance,tensile strength and oxidation resistance can also be strengthened as a result.Moreover,we observe that the binding of the quartz fiber to the acid phosphate matrix material is better after coated with Al2O3,which leads to a reinforcement of the mechanical properties of the composite.
