淀粉具有较好的增稠、稳定、成膜和形成凝胶的能力,近年来有关在高性能陶瓷制备中将淀粉用作粘结剂、造孔剂等添加剂方面的报道日益增多.综述了淀粉及其变性产物的性质以及它们在高性能陶瓷制备中的应用,讨论了淀粉凝固成型的机理,同时展望了淀粉及改性淀粉在陶瓷工业中的应用前景.
