用化学沉积法制备银基IPMC(Ag-IPMC),用扫描电镜和能谱分析仪研究其表面形貌和表面电极化学成分.结果表明,Ag在离子交换膜内部和外表面的沉积效果良好;对Ag-IPMC试件的直流驱动、不同状态下的含水特性以及拉力输出的测试结果表明,低电压(小于1.6 V)刺激可使Ag-IPMC试件产生大变形,其输出拉力可达自重的89倍.各项性能与激励电压的关系表明,Ag-IPMC的最佳直流激励电压为0.6-1.2 V.
