采用射流试验得到了超级13Cr钢半经验预测模型,结合数值计算进行API油管接箍冲蚀模拟,得出了API油管接箍冲蚀速率分布规律.模拟结果表明,接箍凹槽内壁面冲蚀速率远小于油管内壁;最大冲蚀速率产生于直冲壁面;冲蚀速率随排量增加而增大,排量达到6 m3/min时冲蚀速率出现极大值点;砂比40%时冲蚀影响最严重.
