考察了无水AlCl3用量对PP、PS大分子间Friedel-Crafts烷基化反应及PP/PS合金性能的影响.通过扭矩分析、接枝比和力学性能测定、界面形态的观察,结果表明,加入适量的无水AlCl3可以引发PP、PS问的Friedel-CraftS烷基化反应,生成的PP-g-PS接枝物能起到就地增容PP/PS的作用,使合金的力学性能得到显著提高;加大AlCl3用量后,由于其引起的PS、PP分子链的断链反应起主导作用,合金的性能降低.
