在一台满足欧Ⅲ排放的柴油机上燃用乙醇甲酯柴油混合燃料,研究其对微粒(PM)总排放、微粒中可溶性有机物(SOF)、干碳烟(DS)和硫酸盐的影响.为了深入考察含氧燃料对碳烟生成过程的影响,用高速CCD摄像机对燃烧过程进行了可视化研究.结果表明:含氧燃料能够大幅度降低欧Ⅲ柴油机微粒的排放,其中DS的排放大幅度降低,而SOF排放在小负荷时大量增加,硫酸盐排放略有增加.在柴油中加入乙醇后,着火滞燃期变长,燃烧持续期变短;混合燃料的火焰亮度降低,说明含氧燃料抑制碳烟的生成.
