采用自制的季铵盐双子表面活性剂1,6-二(癸烷基吗啉)己烷(HDMB)作为缓蚀剂,用失重及极化曲线研究了该表面活性剂在1 mol/L盐酸溶液中对Q235钢的缓蚀效果.失重结果表明:在1 mol/L盐酸溶液中HDMB对Q235钢具有良好的缓蚀作用,缓蚀率随缓蚀剂浓度的增加而增大,当浓度达到0.1 mmol/L时,缓蚀率趋于稳定.通过吸附理论、动力学和热力学公式得到相应的参数,并讨论了缓蚀作用机理;极化曲线法表明:HDMB为混合抑制型缓蚀剂.

The cationic gemini surfactant 1,6hexanebis(decyl morpholinium bromide)(HDMB)was synthesized with morpholine and alkylbromide as raw materials.The inhibition effect of the cationic gemini surfactant on the corrosion of Q235 steel in 1 mol/L HCl solution was studied by mass loss and potentiodynamic polarization methods.The results showed that HDMB was a good inhibitor in 1 mol/L HCl.Its inhibition efficiency increased with the increase of inhibitor concentration,and inhibition efficiency became constant approximately when its concentration was higher than 0.1 mmol/L.The experimental data were treated with adsorption theory,kinetic and thermodynamics equations.Both the thermodynamic and kinetic parameters were obtained.Potentiodynamic polarization data indicate that HDMB is mixed type inhibitor.
