本文以碳酸钠和氯化铝沉淀制得的活性氧化铝为原材料,在高温下与氨气反应,制得氮化铝粉体,并对比掺杂氧化镧前后,活性氧化铝生成氮化铝条件的不同.实验过程中,运用XRD对制得的粉体进行物相分析.结果表明,当反应温度达到1 200℃时,掺杂镧的氧化铝能制得纯净的氮化铝粉体,而未掺杂镧的氧化铝则需要更高的温度.
