对两个炉号的60Si2CrVAT弹簧钢用相同工艺热处理后，进行疲劳性能对比试验，结果表明不同炉号钢料疲劳寿命相差很大。组织分析表明，疲劳寿命较低的钢料中，淬火加热前存在颗粒状碳化物，奥氏体化时未溶入奥氏体而残留在淬火组织中，并在局部聚集，导致疲劳寿命降低。
The fatigue performance for two heat number of spring steel 60Si2VAT was compared under same heattreatment process. The result shows that fatigue life is evidently different between two heat number tested. The SEM anlysis shows that the granular carbide appears in the steel with lower fatigue life before quench heating, it undissolved during austenitizing, remained in quenched structure. The undissolved phase gathered locally led to the reduction of fatigue life.
