采用溶胶-凝胶法和含氟聚合物表面修饰法制备了高疏水性纳米Al2O3薄膜.用异丙醇铝与乙酰丙酮反应制备铝-乙酰丙酮螯合物,由此控制异丙醇铝的水解.并用接触角测量仪、721型分光光度计、原子力显微镜(AFM)等仪器对Al2O3薄膜的结构和表面形貌进行表征.结果表明,该膜具有疏水性强、透明度高的特点.将该薄膜涂覆在潜水艇潜望镜、汽车观后镜以及容易被腐蚀的物体的表面,如太阳能电池板等,具有很好的使用价值.

The transparent hydrophobic nano-Al2O3 thin film is prepared using sol-gel processing.The hydrophobicity of the film is obtained by surface modifying of FAS.In this experiment,isopropyl alclhol and aluminum acetylacetone act as synthesis-acetylacetone chelate The structure of the film is determined by contact angle measuring instrument.The transmission performance is determined by 721-spectrophotometer and the surface morphology of the film prepared is characterized by AFM.This film has a characteristic of high hydrophobicity and trasparency.When coated on the submarine periscope,car as well as other things which corrupt easily,such as solar cells,the film has a good value.
