本文以呋喃树脂与竹粉为原料制备了木陶瓷,利用扫描电镜(SEM)、 X射线衍射(XRD)技术分别对木陶瓷的微观结构与物相进行了表征,研究了呋喃树脂含量对木陶瓷的炭得率、尺寸收缩率、密度与体积电阻率的影响.结果表明,木陶瓷是由竹炭与玻璃炭构成的复合炭材料,呋喃树脂含量对木陶瓷结晶性影响不大.呋喃树脂含量越高,木陶瓷的炭得率、密度越大,尺寸收缩率与体积电阻率越小.
