本文介绍了一种新的制备MgB2膜的方法--溶胶凝胶法.以Mg(BH4)2的乙醚溶液(Mg(BH4)2·Et2O)作为前驱体,将其覆涂于Al2O3(001)衬底上,并在Ma气氛保护下高温退火,得到了MaB2的多晶膜.与其它制备MgB2膜的方法相比,这种方法制备的膜具有较高品质,超导转变温度达到37K,临界电流密度Jc(5 K,0 T)~5×106A/cm2,上临界场Hc2(0)~19T.对于MgB2厚膜及线带材的制备,溶胶凝胶法被证明是一种极具潜力的方法.
