研究了3号方坯连铸机拉速和二冷比水量对铸坯中心偏析的影响;在恒定的拉速下,通过射钉试验测定铸坯在不同冷却强度下的坯壳厚度,为末端电磁搅拌器的安装位置和电磁搅拌参数的确定提供依据;确定了最佳的末端电磁搅拌参数,使连铸坯中心碳偏析程度降低,连铸坯内部质量提高。

The influences of casting speed and the cooling rate of the secondary cooling water in central segregation and shrinkage are studied. By using the method of pin shooting, under the constant casting speed, the shell thicknesses are measured at different cooling rates of the secondary cooling water, which are important to confirm the shell thickness and the parameters of F-EMS. The casting process and parameters of F-EMS were determined by installing the device of F-EMS. The internal quality of casting slab and the casting speed were improved and the central segre- gation of carbon was reduced after optimizing M-EMS.
