采用最大输出能量为12.5 J的Nd-YAG激光器对AZ31镁合金薄板进行激光冲击成形(LSF),用高分辨率透射电镜分析和研究了试样冲击区表面状态和微观结构.结果表明:在镁合金薄板LSF冲击区凹面出现了纹理清晰的周期性波纹结构,波纹间距为纳米级,在LSF过程中伴随着亚晶、纳米晶和形变孪晶的产生.分析了冲击凹面残余应力分布,并探讨了LSF过程中镁合金形成表面波纹现象和纳米晶形成的原因.
