以CTAB作模板剂,用1种简单的方法合成了具有晶体形貌的MCM-48颗粒.研究发现用乙醇作为辅助共溶剂对产物的微结构产生了重要影响,乙醇能够聚集在CTAB胶束的端基与水溶液的交界面,从而增加了胶束的端基表面积,使产物容易由六方相向立方相转化.XRD,SEM,TEM和氮气吸附等手段对产物的分析表明:单晶MCM-48具有较高的比表面积,孔容,及均一的孔径分布,用这种方法合成的MCM-48单晶能够在催化剂,吸附剂等领域得到应用.

A simple method to synthesize high-quality MCM-48 with a single crystals-like morphology has been worked out,using CTAB as a template in presence of alcohol. The alcohol used as co-solvents may participate in the formation of the interface between the hydrophobic and the hydrophilic domains, and hereby increase the volume of the hydrophobic core,leading to increasing the surface area of micelles, which make it easy to transfer the inorganic- organic complex form hexagonal phase to cubic phase. The samples were studied by means of XRD, SEM, and nitrogen sorption.
