近年来,中国钢铁行业生产经营形势变得越来越严峻,面临着产能过剩、市场萎缩、产品价格下滑、原材料成本居高不下等种种困境。依靠技术设备升级降低生产成本,以及加强品种研发提高产品附加值,已成为钢铁企业一种必然的战略选择。介绍了几种有发展潜力的板带钢轧制新技术,包括无头轧制、异步轧制、薄带连铸和中厚板组织控制技术等,并以海洋工程用钢、能源用钢和现代交通运输用钢为重点介绍了目前钢铁材料品种研发的新进展,认为只有依靠技术进步才能推动钢铁行业继续向前发展。
In the past few years,the production and operation situation of Chinese steel industry has been plagued by many troubles such as production overcapacity,shrinking market,declining product prices and rising cost of raw materials,which have been increasingly harsh for Chinese steel industry.It has become an inevitable strategic choice for steel enterprises to reduce production costs by upgrading rolling technologies and production equipments,as well as to increase value-added products by means of products RD.Several advanced rolling technologies,including the endless rolling technology,asynchronous rolling technology,thin strip casting technology and some new process technologies of medium plate were introduced as the latest development of products RD,by taking marine engineering steels,energy engineering steels and modern vehicle steels for examples.It is argued that only technological progress is the decisive force to promote sustainable development of Chinese steel industry.
