采用插层聚合,将甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)单体插层进入红光类水滑石片层中,引发原位聚合,层间距增大至剥离,使片层与聚合物基体以纳米尺度复合,制备荧光性离散型聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯/层状无机物纳米复合材料.用红外光谱、荧光光谱、XRD、扫描电镜、原子力显微镜、热分析等对结构和性能进行了表征.结果表明,红光类水滑石片层已充分剥离分散于PMMA基质中,在365nm紫外光激发下,产生高亮度、高色纯度的红光发射,并且相较于PMMA具有更高的热稳定性.
