制备了Nd-Zr扩散偶和二元合金,通过EDS和差示扫描量热法分别测定了Nd-Zr相图端际固溶体的固溶度和平衡反应温度,利用CALPHAD方法建立了Nd-Zr二元系热力学数据库.重新优化了Mg-Nd二元系,评估并重现了Mg-Zr二元系.通过外推获得了Mg-Nd-Zr三元系的热力学数据库,以此为基础计算了该三元系在400℃下的等温截面相图,并制备了关键平衡合金对计算相图进行了验证.结果表明:Mg-Nd-Zr三元系的400℃等温截面相图主要由(Mg)-Mg41 Nd5-(Zr),Mg3 Nd-Mg41 Nd5-(Zr),Mg3 Nd-MgNd-(Zr),MgNd-(Nd)-(Zr)四个三相区组成.
