综述了在碳/碳复合材料表面制备具有生物活性羟基磷灰石涂层方法的研究进展,对不同工艺涂层与基体的结合强度进行了评价;认为通过对基体表面改性和形貌调控,可提高涂层与基体的结合强度;介绍了借助感应热沉积法制备的涂层,其破坏临界载荷可达13.1 N,制备了剪切结合强度高达61.3 MPa的羟基磷灰石涂层,达到了临床使用标准要求.
The recent researeh progress of preparation technology of hydroxyapatite (HA) coatings on carbon/carbon (C/C) composites surface was reviewed. The bonding strengths between C/C coating and HA with different technologies were analyzed. The strategies for improving the bonding strength are suggested to be substrate modification and morphology control With the help of induction heating deposition method, chemically bonded HA coating on C/C substrate could be obtained and the scratch load could be up to 13.1 N (i. e. shear bonding strength of 61. 3 MPa), which could correspond the clinical usage.
