采用原位乳液接枝法,制备乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷(VTES)接枝的丁苯橡胶.分别用凝胶含量和红外光谱(FTIR)研究了接枝产物的形成机理.考察了VTES的接枝效率和橡胶中的硅含量,并比较了接枝产物机械性能和热性能的变化.结果表明,VTES的接枝效率高达87%,接枝丁苯橡胶的拉伸强度提高了30.3%,耐热温度提高了5.16℃左右.
