采用预乳化半连续种子乳液聚合工艺制备聚丙烯酸醋类乳液,在聚合过程中以环保的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO-9)、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磺基琥珀酸单酯二钠(A-102)、失水山梨醇油酸酯聚氧乙烯醚(Tween 80)替代传统的烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚(APED)乳化剂,并探讨了不同乳化剂对聚合物乳液粘度、残单量、分子量、稳定性、玻璃化转变温度和粒径形貌的影响规律.结果表明,通过来用绿色乳化剂替代APEO,不仅实现了乳液聚合的生态安全,且乳液综合性能良好.
