将Zr-4合金经过800 ℃/20 h热处理,用高压釜在500℃、10.3 MPa过热蒸汽中进行腐蚀实验,并采用电子背散射衍射分析( EBSD)技术研究Zr-4合金疖状腐蚀与合金基体表面晶粒取向的关系.结果表明:Zr-4合金经腐蚀后,以(-1 8 7 12)晶面为中心,面夹角在10°范围内的合金基体晶面上生长的氧化膜会发生疖状腐蚀,而在以(0001)晶面为中心,面夹角在17°范围内的晶面上生长的氧化膜不会发生疖状腐蚀.
