以丙烯酸丁酯(BA)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、桐油酸、过硫酸钾(KPS)、十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚(NP-10)为原料合成了丙烯酸酯乳液,研究了桐油酸含量、单体配比、乳化剂含量对乳液及其涂膜性能的影响,并采用FT-IR、SEM、粒径及Zeta电位分析仪和涂膜性能测试仪对乳液及涂膜的结构和性能进行了测试.研究结果表明:桐油酸的加入使得乳胶粒的形态由球形变为方体或柱体,涂膜的吸水率有所减小,疏水性、硬度、附着力有所提高.当桐油酸含量为1%,乳化剂含量为3%,m(BA)∶m(MMA)=1∶1时,乳液转化率达到98.4%,凝胶率为0.012%,涂膜的硬度、附着力从不加桐油酸时的B和7级提升到5H和2级.
