采用宏观检验、金相检验、扫描电镜检验等方法对转炉除尘水冷管产生开裂的原因进行了分析。结果表明:除尘水冷管开裂是由于热应力腐蚀引起的,接触烟气一侧与背对烟气一侧的温度差较大,使水冷管受到的热应力增大,冷却水腐蚀导致接触烟气一侧的管内壁存在很多细小微裂纹及凹坑,在周期工作的环境下,最终使疲劳裂纹进一步加深直至贯穿管壁。

Adopting macro-test, metallographic examination, scanning electron microscopy examination and other methods for analyzing the causes of converter dedusting water-cooled tube cracking. The results indicated that: due to thermal stress corrosion, one side with flue gas and the other side became large temperature difference, so that the thermal stress which water-cooled pipes was given increases, cooling water corrosion led to the internal wall of one side with flue gas have many tiny micro-cracks and scallops , in the environment of periodic work, ultimately fatigue crack further deepen through the wall.
