鞍钢ASP铸机均采用奥钢联SMART扇形段并配有动态轻压下技术。为了充分发挥该铸机动态轻压下技术在提升铸坯内部质量方面的作用,本文进行了应用管线钢连铸轻压下技术的试验研究。通过分析中心偏析的形成机理,研究连铸轻压下工艺的设计原则。利用枝晶检验和化学成分分析等手段,研究不同轻压下位置对于连铸坯中C、Mn、P元素偏析的影响作用,从而对现行的动态轻压下位置进行了优化调整,进一步提高了管线钢连铸坯的内部质量。
The ASP continuous caster used in AISC was all equipped with VAI SMART sector section as well as dynamic soft reduction techniques. In order to sufficiently play the role of this certain continuous caster’s effect on enhancing the inner quality of casting billet, experimentally study towards dynamic soft reduction of pipeline steel casting was adopted in this paper. The design principle was studied by analyzing the formulation mechanism of central segregation. With dendrite test and chemical analysis, the effect of element segregation of carbon, manganese and phosphor at different soft reduction position was studied. By all these, the current dynamic soft reduction position was optimized, which would enhance the inner quality of casting billet of pipeline steel.
