从宝钢近20年的生产实绩看,烧结矿的粉率随季节的变化存在明显差异。通过实验室体系研究了不同的冷却制度对烧结矿质量以及冶金性能的影响,对比分析结果表明,采用保温冷却综合效果最好,在冷却过程中采用变风量冷却对于提高烧结矿成品率有利。研究结果为在烧结矿的冷却过程中找到合理的改善烧结矿质量的方法和途径提供了依据。

According to the practice at Baosteel Ltd. for about twenty years, the pulverization rate of sinters varies distinctly with the season.The influence of cooling conditions on the quality and metallurgical properties of sinters was studied in lab.The results show,that the heat preservation cooling is the best.It is advantageous to use variable blast for increasing yield.The results are useful to find rational method of improving sinter quality.
