应用化学热力学软件分析了软锰矿浆脱硫的反应机理,并进行了实验验证,确定该体系的反应有2种途径:MnO2与SO2直接发生氧化还原反应生成MnSO4,反应式为MnO2+SO2=MnSO4,是脱硫体系的主要反应;SO2被氧化成SO3后,与H2O生成H2SO4,反应式为SO2+1/2O2+H2O=H2SO4,是脱硫体系的副反应.副反应的存在影响了软锰矿脱硫主反应的正常进行.研究结果为该工艺过程可行性研究提供理论和实践依据.
