采用高能喷丸法在工业纯铁表面制备一定厚度的纳米晶铁,在Gleeble-1500D型热模拟机上对纳米晶铁和常规粗晶铁扩散偶施加10 MPa的恒定压力,在650~850℃进行Ni原子扩散实验,并利用能谱仪(EDS)对Ni原子的扩散距离和扩散浓度进行测定.计算结果表明,同样的扩散条件下,Ni原子在纳米晶铁中的扩散距离和扩散浓度均高于常规粗晶.650℃时,镍在纳米晶铁中的扩散系数为5.79×10-1Sm2·s-1;850℃时,镍在纳米晶铁中的扩散系数为8.48×10-15 m2·s-1.
