在研究 AZ-2渗铝涂层的组织结构中发现:离涂层表面约12μm 深处有一个富铬、钼,贫铝、钛的‘富集区’;在渗态和和某些静态氧化的涂层外层出现了两种不同形态的γ′-相:一种是涂层形成过程中由基底保留下来的γ′相;另一种是β-NiAl 相在静态氧化时分解而形成的γ′-相。通过对‘富集区’形态、结构和成份的观察和分析,确定了‘富集区’内由铬、钼和其它元素形成的σ-相与内层中的σ-相组成相同。

It is found that there is a Cr and Mo‘rich zone’in AZ-2aluminide coating. It is located at about 12μm under the surface.In the outlayer of the coating two different γ'-phases appear after diffusion treatment and after static oxidation. The former is retained in the matrix during the coating process,while the latter is formed by the resolution of β-NiAl during static oxidation. σ-Phase is found in the Cr and Mo‘rich zone’,and is similar in composi- tion to that found in the inner layer of the coating.
