利用自行研制的镀锌模拟设备,研究了氢气含量对于热镀锌低硅双相钢在连续退火镀锌后的表面氧化物形貌及抑制层的影响,并用SEM和XPS等手段进行了微观分析。结果表明:表面氧化物主要为MnO和Cr2O3,随着氢气含量的增加,氧化物数量和尺寸大小增加,但并没有影响氧化物的种类。随着氧化物数量和大小的增加,热镀锌后双相钢表面生成的抑制层质量下降。抑制层晶粒变得粗大,抑制层中出现空隙。

The effects of hydrogen content in atmosphere on morphology of surface oxides and Fe-Al inhibition layers formed on a low-Si dual phase steel during annealing were investigated by using a hot-dip galvanizing simulator.SEM and XPS were applied to characterize the surface microstructure.The results show that with hydrogen content increasing,the amount and size of surface oxides increase significantly,however,the oxide species are unchanged and the main oxides are MnO and Cr2O3.The morhology of Fe-Al inhibition layer strongly depends the surface oxides.With increasing the amount and size of surface oxides,grains of Fe-Al inhibition layer are coarsened and pores are observed in the Fe-Al inhibition layer.
