通过原子转移自由基聚合(ATRP)和定向水解反应得到了苯乙烯单封端聚甲基丙烯酸(St-PMAA)大分子单体,使其与苯乙烯(St)在醇/水混合介质中进行接枝共聚反应,制得了以PSt为核、PMAA为壳、形态规整的聚合物复合微球.FT-IR和1H-NMR的分析表明:St-PMAA大分子单体的结构明确,电位测定发现复合微球表面带有明显的负电荷,且在pH=5.5左右其Zeta电位可发生显著变化,说明该复合微球具有pH响应性,在药物负载和蛋白质吸附分离方面可望获得应用.
