利用宝钢自主开发的界面热流测量装置研究了薄带连铸用铜结晶辊表面形貌对界面传热的影响,并建立了界面传热模型。结果表明:结晶辊表面与钢液的接触面积越大,界面的峰值热流越大;研究的三种结晶辊的平均热流相差不大;该界面传热模型可以较好地预测结晶辊表面形貌对界面传热的影响。

The effect of the surface texture of Cu roller used for strip continuous casting on interfacial heat transfer was studied by interfacial heat flux measurement system,which was individually developed by Baosteel,and then built the interfacial heat transfer model.The results show that the more the contact area between roller surface and molten steel,the more the interfacial peak heat flux,and the average heat flux of three kinds of rollers had little differences.The interfacial heat transfer model could predict the effect of surface texture of rollers on interfacial heat transfer fairly good.
