研究测试了一种成本低于常规Ti-6Al-4V的钛合金装甲材料的显微组织及抗弹性能。结果表明:热处理状态影响钛合金装甲材料的组织匹配;细小板条组织的材料从力学性能到抗弹性能的匹配比较合理;高强、高韧材料的抗弹性能明显优化;高强度、低韧性的材料脆性增加,抗多发弹能力下降。
The microstructure and ballistic properties of titanium alloy were researched,the cost of the alloy is lower than that of Ti-6Al-4V. The results show that the microstructure of the alloy is affected by heat treatment;the mechanical properties and ballistic properties are higher for alloys with fine and lath microstructure;the ballistic properties are higher for alloys with high strength and high toughness. the brittleness increases for alloys with high strength and low toughness and the ability of anti multiple bullets decreases.
