采用熔炼、轧制等加工手段,以al、Sn为原料制备出一定厚度的al-Sn箔片.该箔片与水反应能快速、高效地释放氢气.利用场发射扫描电镜和X射线衍射仪对其表面形貌和结构进行了表征,同时分析了其与水的反应机理.结果表明,经轧制后的Al-Sn箔片形成了明显交替的层状结构,内部有大量的缺陷,具有良好的析氢性能,析氢速度随着Al、Sn配比的不同有着明显差异.在所有样品中,每克材料最大析氢量能达到544.44 mL符合析氢材料的国家标准,且反应产物为Al(OH)3,能够回收利用,因此具有十分广阔的实际应用前景.
